    Kill switch not holding lanyard

The "mushroom" that the lanyard slides into is not holding it very well on our Ultra. Is there an adjustment for this? When we jump bigger waves, it pops off and kills - making me a sitting duck for the next wave.

We had the start button gasket replaced due to it allowing water into the unit. Could this have been re-assembled wrong? Prior to the gasket/parts rebuild of the start button assembly, the lanyard held tight.

Could you use a bigger/thicker lanyard kill switch piece. Maybe a universal or a Yammi might be thicker/bigger?
