Marine GOOP????
Has anyone used Marine Goop?? Its made by Goop and its in a blue bottle...it says its an adhesive and sealent and it wont dry out or crack...its slogan is "bonds whatever, together forever". Anyway has anyone used this? and if so how did it work? I used it to seal my OPAS block offs.

I have used that product before. Two comments: Don't use it to mount the transducer for your depth gauge-sonar won't shoot through Goop. I would rate the particular bonding properties of Goop very high. I now have two transducers in the hull.

I used it to fill my rivet holes for my mats....worked great for that and easier to work with than epoxy.

Tchies, mounted the transducer just under the supercharger. Have a Hawkeye by Norcross Marine. I can snap some pics if you wish.
