BOV question...
Is the Riva BOV kit a true vent-to-atmosphere valve or a Diverter Valve that recirculates the air back in?
Will it sound loud, medium, low...?
Also, how is the install on this? Where does it go into?

It vents to atmosphere.
It's so quiet you won't even hear it.
