IC water connectors
Are these brass fittings ok for the water connectors? or is it supposed to have one flare on it? I saw plastic ones but I'm a little worried to use plastic.

No, those are not okay. You need barbed fittings for hose connections.

I went to ace hardware and got the nylon or plastic 1/2 to 3/4 barb connector.
Is it possible to get these in metal. I am needing a straight one and a 90 one.
Would these work

and this for the bend

I also found this to put on the IC water in. So I can cut off the water flow when I have to get it towed. That is the correct hose right ?

I tried lowes, homedepot, ace hardware, a local plumbing shop-fergusons. Found some plastic ones at another plumbing shop.
I was thinking of going with brass. I'll order the ones from the above link and see what they look like.
