Dream-o-meter
So i'm kind of new to owning a waverunner...but i've read a lot. and i've heard the stock speedometer's aren't accurate. I was just curious what makes the difference between them and GPS? Why are stock speedo's so inaccurate compared to GPS?

GPS is multiple satellites sinked up to determine your speed... have you seen that paddle wheel looking thing thats on your rideplate? Thats your OEM Speedo! How fast the wheel turns is converted to a speed... so what happens when you start messing with plate angle, etc? You get OEM speedos reading over 120 mph or 70+ mph skis that the OEM speedo says is going 40... on a stock or close ski I think plus or minus 3mph is a pretty safe estimate of how far off the speedo is.
