Kinchyle's Ebay IC mount
Finished my mount today. Didn't even need JB Weld, duck tape or have to drill. Just removed the 19mm bolts in the side of the ski. Then put a 2" one hole strap hook on them. Used a 500lb rated motorcyle ratchet tie. This thing WILL not move after I have it ratcheted.
I used these for the side holes

I'm going to wrap the bottom half (not the IC to SC part) in bubble wrap and ratchet it back. The bubble wrap will help vibrations.
It's about 6-7 inches from SC to IC and about 8-9 inches from the IC to TB. I'll have my silicone plumbing on Thur and I'll post pics/links.
I don't know how front intake friendly this is. I use a rear seat intake. It looks like it could route over the IC to SC air connection. This mount will work with the stock exhaust or power pipe.
I also don't know if the rxp has these back bolts and the wall.

hate to burst your ballon but those straps are designed to let what they are holding pull away instead of breaking and will bend pretty darn quick when you ratchet the tie down.

I like it bro... looks sweet and I'm sure it won't move at all once you crank on those straps- very ingenious!
You're close to the SC and the intake too so it should give you a nice cool charge into the engine.

i'm sorry, but how in the heck are you going to connect the lower IC outlet all the way up to the throttle body?

see that pipe i have from the IC to TB? that's the pipe used from a Rotax Racing intercooler. Which means my IC is about dead on balls the same distance away from the manifold as the other intercoolers. I'm also mounting mine in the same fashion Vortech/Riva mounts theirs. I'll have some high quality square-tube aluminum, a few quick welds, and a battery strap as Nitroshark also mentioned which was part of my original plan. My braket will bolt in place, and the IC will be so level and and solid in perfect placement you'll mistake it for a something sold for 1300 bucks.
I'll have more pics tomorrow... I need to cut my aluminum tube, mark where i want everything, and run over to this welder and have him tack it together. He then will be bending my pipes with his computer controlled mandrel bender.
Kinch... it's practical, but not appealing to the eye, so feedback for your design may not be 100% so don't be insultedto each his own... it certainly is clsoe to the manifold, so i hope that works in your favor. If it doens't go as planned, be patient and i'll post details photos and procedures of my design if u want to adopt it for your ski.
can't wait to hear how your machine performs.
