Antifreeze?
Question for you hot weather guys down South...
Are you running 50:50 or are you running 60:40? I was skimming through the manual and it says you can in warmer climates but was just wondering?

the tank that holds the coolent/antifreeze is the plastic bottle that mounts on the compartment cross section right? and how do you go about draining the coolent/antifreeze in it? thanks

So you don't run any anti-freeze at all?
i was thinking maybe 40 AntiFreeze / 30 Water / 30 Water wetter? Didn't want to run it totally without antifreeze or is that OK?

yup evans coolant is the best! My dad uses it in his "suped up" Ford Powerstroke and he gained 10 hp and 12 ft lbs by switching to this stuff because his engine ran SOOOO much cooler...I mean when he ran normal coolant his coolant temp gauge went up to about the middle maybe a bit more...with the evans it only went up to about 1/4 to 3/8 of the guage...AMAZING stuff! I am going to run it in my Lightning here as soon as it gets warm enough for me to drain everything!

i prefer royal purple or red lines water wetter you can run that with distleed water in the summer there is no reason at all to run antifreeze in the summer however towards the end of the seaon when u do a flush dont forget to add the antifreeze for the winter months but yes it is 100% safe to run distilled water and watter wetter ....
