How to install wedge?
I bought a wedge and need to know how to install it. i was told it was easy but just wanted to know how-to. Any good write-up on it with pics or something I could look at?
Thanks

You can find directions here

This is for the wedge

No much you can do to go wrong.
Just make sure to use blue loctite when you put the bolts back in place.
Basically you take of the reverse connection (left), steering connection (right).
Remove the steering venturi. Put on the wedge with some silicone (some don't use the silicone , I think it helps hold it on while you place back the steering venturi.

GeoRXT,
Kinchyle is right, once you've started you'll realize how easy it is. One more note... the steering and reverse gate cables will need to be adjusted afterward. It may take a couple of attempts before you get the handle bars straight.

The reverse adjustmemt on mine let out far enough by just screwing it out but on the steering side I used an extension piece. I think you may be able to let out a little on the other end I just didn't want to mess with that in case I took wedge off.It s very simple to install though just remove venturi nozzle an put it on should have come with two longer bolts to put on wide side of wedge.

Geo,
Nice work on the reverse bucket. I still have to do mine; install of the wedge was easy until I forgot to install the pump brace that goes on the 03 GTX.

If you still have the plastic pump it needs this brace but if you have the aluminum pump or put one in later this brace is not necessary.
