Just got back sc housing from machine shop heres a couple of picks.It has been machined to Take the bigger bearing 6300 c3

supercharger housing looks KINDA thin walled now OBVIOUSLY to ACCEPT the LARGER dia bearing but im wondering if this effects performance at the RPM's we are talking about. cracking housings (due to thinner walls after machining or bearings spun in the races/housings themselves ( without the MOST precise machining like factory specs for fit)! GOOD LUCK BRO and let us know your results. thanks!!!!!! just a few cautionary thoughts at firsst sight of the machining thats been done. looks good though!

Nice Job I;m In the process of doing the same thing did you line bore or did you have to bore from both sides I see you still have the bearing stop in the housing

If machined correctly, I don't think there will be a problem.

When i spoke to FAG the man said as long as you have 2.5mm wall thickness there will not be a problem,we will see.Super charger is built just waiting on new washers being fabricated this month made of hardend spring steel cant wait to Try them
Jerry just ordered riva ECU and you injectors can u shiop them over nightjk

LMFAO I put one of my failed ones on a cordinant measuring machine and its off 7 thou bore to bore precise LMFAO jerry your right some housings are F**Up

im NOT talking bore alignment smartass im talking bearing fit inside the housing! i just wish i new everything like u MUST think u do.

Franko people usually DONT convey there thoughts hostily when confronted with RESPECT but when your comments are DEEMED BS then i believe a person can resond in the manner they choose and can say WHATEVER they want. should u choose NOT to defend YOURSELF thats your perogative. i took my perogative to DEFEND MYSELF. thanks!
