HOW TO ORDER: Custom Machined 4" SC Inlet Adapter
If some of you recall, I purchased a bunch of 4" intake hose back several weeks ago. Previously I ran 3" hose which clamped right on the SC inlet no problem. This 4" hose is BIG!
I wanted to avoid a bunch of reducers and contraptions to wiggle the 4" down to a 2 7/8" for the inlet. So I hit the drawing board and forwarded my thoughts and ideas to tmc85 (todd) who works at a machine shop and his son rxpblast (justin).
Todd took my drawing that i sent him and computerized it, measured it up to justin's RXP, cut a chunk of aluminum on the water jet machine, drilled and tapped thread holes for stainless allen bolts, and provided me with an adhesive sealing strip.
Was a BIOTCH to install with a tiny allen key while the SC housing is in the hull, but didn't take long really… just patience to do a 1/2 turn each time
With this setup, the supercharger is able to gobble up as much freaken air volume as it wants, and I prefer the aesthetics (spelling?) of one continuous air intake hose rather than a combination of couplers and reducers.
The pictures show the design process from start to finish and finally installed on my ski (which I hadn't tightened down totally yet in the photo below).
Interested in running 4" hose with no couplers or adapters? Materials included precision cut aluminum clamp, tapped threaded holes, stainless steel bolts, adhesive sealing strip, and shipping to your doorstep ~ $50.00

we are trying to figure out the best way for u guys to pay, since me or my dad doesn't have paypal. sending a check to him would be fine and then once he recieves it he will send the adapter to u. so far with the rectifier brackets nobody's check has gotten lost in the mail which is a good sign. if u dont want to send a check i will talk to my dad and see if we can either setup a paypal account or find another way for u to send the money. thanks justin

Justin Paypal is simple. I think most of us like it because the money in are acct: is for are ski's.
Just try not to become a premier acct: as then you will have to add 3 percent on transactions because that is what paypal charges.
