Thanks FEDEX, yeah right!
Well, thanks to FEDEX they totally screwed my weekend. Mark had sent my stuff out Friday night for a Saturday afternoon (today) delivery with my ECU, Intercooler, and plumbing.
Of course they "FEDEX" claim that he did not have the required "commercial invoices" for international shipments and have my stuff locked up in customs, and of course they are now off until Tuesday morning. God knows when I will get it now. Like I am supposed to believe he did everyone elses but mine. I just wish the screw ups at FEDEX could have at least admitted they lost it or it got removed from the box.
Just another reason why I never deal with those Fuck-ups and always deal with UPS.
Just had to vent!

That is why UPS people are paid 20% more, they get it done.
I am SO done with Fedex.

Red, same thing happened to me when I ordered my stuff from Mark. Had to fill out the same form 3 times because FedEx either lost it or didn't specify the info they needed. Customs held my package for a day while FedEx bumbled around. Luckily, the delay resulted in me getting the package on Friday instead of waiting the weekend.

11- Have you tried DHL yet? They are pretty reasonable and better service up in the midwest.

I love DHL. They always get me school books to me way ahead of time. It's the service my school uses.

Franko, I wanted to get in my truck and drive to Tenn. to "bitch slap" someone at FEDEX..
Yep 11, I have never liked FEDEX!! I guess Mark gets better deals with them or maybe stuff has happened with him in regards to UPS. Anyway, no matter who Mark ships with, his work and service is worth the wait, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!!
DHL is pretty good too. I will see if I can choose who I want my next shipper to be on my next order from Mark.

I have actually switched from UPS to Fedex. Fedex offered me about 10% off and UPS had just lost 2 packages in 30 days. Fedex has come through so far with no lost packages, although a couple were late. They refunded 100% of the shipping charges on those. Better late than never. I never ship internationally though.

I have also noticed that it depends on the driver, my UPS driver is GREAT (and very suspiciously looks like GP
) and always hooks me up, comes back when we're not ready and all.
