stock intercooler removal
Hi, I searched but really couldn't find the answer for this.
I have an RXT and I am trying to remove the stock intercooler and the thing doesn't seem to want to budge. Obviously I have taken off the hoses and the clamp that holds the intercooler to the intake manifold.
I even loosened the entire manifold from the head, because I think I read that that needed to be done(might have just been for clearance issues on a RXP, but since it wasn't budging anyhow, I figured that I'd give it a shot).
I also gently tryed to use a screwdriver to pry between the forward end of the intercooler and the intake manifold to no avail. I really don't want to break anything. Is there something obvious that I've forgotten to do, or is this normal maybe because of the O-rings sticking or something? Thanks for the help guys.
