New addition to the DRC
I had the pleasure of riding with 97gpsleeper with the 03 he just picked up from KNR. Clean ski and hauls azz. The ski needs a little this and a little that, but with a little DRC and WFO love, that boat will be running 78, with no problem. I ran 75.7 on it but ran out of room and had to let off the gas,and that was on water with a perty good ripple to it.
I can't wait to get my wife's 03 running like this one.
Congrats Brandon, hell of a deal! You deserve it too.

Big Congrats little bro. With a little DRC caressing and that red head scheduled to lay hands on it soon it is not going to be nothing nice.
WFO PERFORMANCE and DRC, deadly combination ssshhhhiiiiaaaaatttttt!!!! Richard watcha gonna do????? I predict 79-80 mph with a 800 grate very soon.
But hey it is just a prediction.

Thanks for the kind words. It hit 76.5 on a 1200 grate. I feel there is too much angle on the plate because it unhooks when it gets in the 76mph range, and its still climbing. I am just happy to have the latest platform to work with. The GP is only going to go so fast on a single pipe and I am just about there (my spidey senses keep telling me about a steeper prop and cool air, 70
) . The GPR still has a few mph left in it.

sounds like you already got your spidey senses getting in tune with the gpr dude. i think your right about the angle as well. it doesnt take much past the sweet spot to get it bouncing

That boat was set up to ride on the seat. In superman you are getting too much lift.
A couple more weeks, and we are gonna get all off up in that there boat Brandon.

What's cool is watching the boat. Your both going around 40 and then when he nails it, that front end comes up, and comes up quickly.

I keep waking up in the middle of the night to the sound of a Makita impact. This is a sure sign that Rich is coming soon, infact he is coming this weekend.
Kurt, I have not adjusted the EFI settings.

Congrats on the new ski Brandin!!!
As fast as you were able to get that GP running I have know doubt that 80 is in your future. Rich has a pretty impressive bag of tricks.
Keep us posted.
