Ebay Gel Grips?? Good/Bad?
Has anyone ever used these Gel Grips that Ebay sells. I bought a set for $12 shipped, so I guess I will be trying them. If they are good I may order another set for the other ski. Any tips or tricks to installing them. I currently have the stock grips on the ski's.
Thanks

I saw those but opted for the ODI Rogue.
Let me know what you think of them, I was told they are very slippery when wet. But always thought they were kind of cool.

I bought them and though they stunk. The glue they provided did not hold. Not sure where the gel was either? I am sure for the money, you can get better ones.

I bought these for my Kawi and the would not fit. Even though the ad said they fit all pwc's, they were not made for handle bars with the stops on the ends.
The good thing was that I had already cut the old grips off before I found this out.

I went to walmart and bought some schwinn bicycle grips for about 5 bones. Cut old grips off, soap up the bar, slide new grips on. Still grippy when wet too. Hopefully soon I'll actually get to use them when I finish this ski. I considered buying those ebay grips too, but I like to touch/feel stuff like that before I buy.

Re
I bought some like these a few years ago: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PWC-D...spagenameZWD1V
Best investment ever made! I didnt even have to use and glue on them. Took the old ones off and had a little left over glue on the bars from the old ones. Heated up the bar with a hair dryer and whamo! New Grips! Dont slide, dont get slippery, and dont smell bad after being wet!

I have a set,I think they feel fine.I don't get them wet often, have not noticed any slipping. The biggest problem, you have to trim the large flange so a stock throttle lever will clear it.I used contact cement to glue them on.

The Odi's retail for 19 bucks and are commonly found for less.
No glue needed so you can change the bars or type of grip without destoying your gripsduring removal.
