94 SLT 750 - Primer Installation
I bought a mikuni primer kit for the tripple carb setup on my slt 750. I took the choke off but the brass fittings that I recevied with my kit are too small. They do not fit snug in the carb where the choke rod was. I think I ordered the wrong kit. Anyone know of a place where I can buy the correct kit?

You can make a bushing or epoxy the small one in.

I'm not sure how sloppy your fit is but I have YAMABOND holding mine in. It's removable unlike epoxy.

I know you can get the individual fittings and T's from Brian at Ultimate and Randy at Waton, let us know what you decide to do.

The Polaris Mikuni's seem to have a larger diameter than say a Yami Mikuni the Polaris choke shaft uses a bushing with orings so all my primer kits for the Polaris have been loose and the same fittings are snug in the yami kits but JB weld does just fine! Z

I bought a Jetlyne kit and am having the same problem. Guess I'll have to get the JB Weld out again.
