The leading edge?
I am hitting the limiter from a hole shot, can I pitch the leading edge of the prop to cure this problem. It is not cavitating, it has bite just smaking the limiter.

You can. What rpm are you getting with this impeller?
Opening the leading edge pitch will have a larger affect on the engine rpm's, so if you're around 8000, then just pitch the trailing end. You may have air intrusion if it hits the limiter at takeoff, but revs at 8-8100.

WOW I guess I forgot about this post. UM yea well anyway I am running 8550 rpm's and with the 15/20 solas it usually hits the limiter once and then goes but with the 15/19 skat it hits the limiter 3-4 times when I hole shot thats why I was wondering if I could pitch the leading edge to maybe help minimize hitting the limiter, especially with the 15/20. What do you guys think?

Opening the leading edge (or raising the pitch) will allow the impeller to take a bigger bite, and it's one way to get what you're after. Like I said in the earlier post- it does have a larger affect on the engine rpm's, so be modest if you're planning on doing it yourself...
