Taching out on the launch
What can I do to stop from hitting the rev limiter when I launch? It is not cavitating just smakin the limiter hard 2-3 times when I do a holeshot with the 15/20. Its worse when I put the 3 blade in

Are you sure your wear ring isnt toast? And thats with a 15/20 really hmmm... thinking, thinking..........................try the adjustable nozzles that might help? changing the rings out. And your sure your impellar and wear ring are fine no chips or dings? I dont know bro, thats about all i can think of right now, maybe someone else will chime in. Good luck to ya. What are your mods, to be spinning the chit outta a 15/20.

Also check your shaft carbon seal for leakage, sometimes they put air into the pump area. Also your pump seal could be pinched causing air to enter the pump area.

No the prop is not spinning, its bouncing the rev limiter a couple of times. I have the SS wear ring and the prop has no chips or dings. This is not a cavitation issue it is just hitting the limiter too much and I was wonder how to fix that

One more thing, the 15/20 used to only hit the limiter once out of the hole before I put the green wheel in, now it is smaking it hard a few times. That Green wheel definately has much better acceleration than the RR wheel. Maybe I need to tweek the leading edge of the prop
