digital tachometer needed . what kind ????

i am looking to buy a digital tach and not sure of what to look for or lookout for? all i am finding is tachs for boats. any one got any ideas? i have seen them just not sure what brand names are out there for any. thanks bruce

Have you checked out Tiny Tach? Their cheap and not always the most reliable but you can get one for around $40. http://www.tinytach.com/

those don't seem to be waterproof. would the commercial one work for a jet ski?
