Cylinder Rebuild
Hey Guys,
Just getting all of my parts together to begin my "rebuild' on my one cracked cylinder.
I had a look through the tech section, does anyone know if there is a step by step, or tips thread anywhere around the forum ?
Thanks, and help or advise is much appreciated as this is my first attempt at something like this.
Shawn
Oh - so far I've ordered:
1050 Gasket kit
1050 Piston kit
81mm ring set
1 top end bearing
Just waiting to hear back on my used cylinder.

Gt the service manual. It will be the best $30 you ever spend.. They go step by step in the rebuild

Are you talking about the 92-97 manual (the sticky post)? Will it be the same ?

Made a new topic, but I found something odd. It seems a non resisted plug...
No spark after 3 mins or so run...
