With the weather 10 degrees hotter, how many rpm's and mph should i be losing.

I have noticed a 60-80 rpm drop going from 70s to the 90s. But the water temp has been going up to from about 50 in April to about 80 right now in July. So in April I was at 8100 and befor adding my intercooler I was at 8040 in 90 degree weather.
