Impeller bending
OK, I just finished doing this for the first time. After I took 2 mm out, and then measured the trailing edge (right at the point of the blade), it came out perfect. The thing is that when I look at each of the blades from the side, the trailing edge part looks wabbly like it does not flow as smooth from before. Is this normal or will it have negative effects? I tried to take a pic to show what I mean.

What do you guys mean when you say taking 2mm out of the trailing edge. Or adding 2mm to the trailing edge? What do you use to measure how much is bent?

Thanks Steve, I can pull an engine, crate it up and ship it, reinstall it, install an EMS system, pull the drive shaft, and God knows what else, but can't bend a prop? It must be the Polish in me...
Why does it look wabbly though from the trailing edge to the hub though after I take 2mm out?
