R&D Head on 951? carb re jetting?
looking to get the R&D head for the 951 on my RXX, which one to go with? superstock, or recreational? and do carbs need rejetting? to what?

You shouldn't have to rejet if all you are doing is bumping the compression by going to a smaller head. I don't know much about the R&D head/dome sizes. I would bet that with anything smaller than the stock head with the twin piped RXX and you are entering race gas territory. Are you using pump gas now and if so are you willing to use race gas?

im using 93 octane pump gas... really didnt want to go anymore expensive, could i add octane booster? or would I have to go to race fuel if i put the head on?

Don't use octane booster. IMO if you raise the compression on the RXX you woulf need some race gas.
