WGS question...
Well, I have read may post on failure of the wgs. My question is has any one taken off the hoses and sprayed a good pentrant oil that will dry out water also, like wd40 in the hoses to keep from having problems? Just an idea, if this is a bad one please let me know.

Be careful when replacing the Waste gate control circuit hoses, the shortest one (its attached to the turbo inlet and about 3 inches long) has a brass jet that needs to be saved.

Stock brass jet is .032 inches and what it does is slow down the flow of air so the WGS (waste gate solenoid) can control the Boost circuit and logic.
Its a necessary part of the circuit.

Thanks for the heads up on the jet. I know polaris did the same thing with the fuel return on the older skies. It was inserted into the rubber hose and if you do not know about it, you would end up tossing it in the trash, and have all kinds of running problems and a diffcult problem figuring it out. Thanks again NITRO!!!!!!!

i've used a .030 welding tip in other circuits, if you lose it..need to cut off a 1/4" and deburr. I never knew about this one until nitro told me a couple yrs ago.
