How to fasten bimini top on boat during transport?
Hi,
My friend bought 2005 Sportster with bimini top but no cover. He has no idea how to propertly fasten it on boat during transport to vacation place (about 800 miles on roads)?
Have you got any practise ideas?
Greetings,
Jacek

Tell him to colapse it and fold it down but wrap the bimini material around the ploes so it holds it nicley together then wrap a few mini bungee cords around it so it is bundled up nice. Then he can just lean it down on the trunk hatch. The weight of it should just let it rest back on the trunk hatch. Here is a photo of mine in the position I trailer mine in.
