Hey Jerry Can we add this to the How to section?
Hey Jerry, in a few weeks going to be embarking on a repair redo seadoo adventure with my dehulled ski.
I wanted to remove the engine and couldn't find any thing about step by step directions and pics on doing this inthe how to section.
Can we add this to the how to's on removing the 4-tec engine for others.
This might even be helpful info for those with blasted ceramic washers.
Here it is tell me if you guys have seen this before. This sight has tons of highly detailed pictures. good step by step guide I think.

Probably shouldn't add THEIR document, but if you want to write up a step/step one, there is no reason it can't get sticked here.

We can probably link to it but it's copyrighted by SBT so I doubt they would appreciate it being published somewhere else. They do have plenty of pictures.

Just reading it over, yes pictures BUT very vague instructions.
Example: Remove pump, pull out driveshaft. IF only getting the driveshaft out was that easy...

Maybe I can come up with better directions then.
Your right after reading this a little more thoroughly.
I like it when it says "remove clamp". does that mean get your needle nose pliers in there and twist it till it breaks open.
And also another thing to point out no torque specs on anything
Do you get that from the service manual?

You know.
Done correctly, this could be one hell of a cool "site-project."

I agree with you Mark. I know anyway that when i read directions, looking at lines and lines of humdrum text is boring and I think that's why we don't want to read.
If I were going to assemble something it is SO much easier to have pictures and well detailed explanations. rather than 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, etc. imho.
