What is a plug chop and a piston wash? I never heard of that.

A plug chop is when you run across the lake at WOT and then pull the lanyard. You then pull the plugs and check how they look, they will give you a general idea of how your jetting is.
Piston wash is the markings on the piston top and it will give you a more acurate reading of your fuel mixture.
If you go to the tech section you will find spark plug readings and piston wash photo's to help you gauge your engines air/fuel burn.
