    2017 310r, uneven idle and won't rev above 4000 rpm and other questions

    Have 2017 310r, around 164 hours. ran great, and next day not so well. The idle was uneven , going from 1300 to 1100 and was hard to start, had to open the throttle.Tried to ride it, but would not rev past 4000 rpm. Have not had a chance to look at it but any ideas were I should start ?
    Also what parts and or maintenance would you recommend? Bought it used this summer.

    Get some new spark plugs.
    You can get a set from the Green Hulk store....

    OEM NKG PLUGS ONLY....

    Could be the exhaust filter has come apart and parts of it are in your Waterbox. Had the Exhaust Filter ever been replaced on this boat? JB

    I don't think so, what about the exhaust filter bypass that Riva sells ? I only ride the ski in fresh water.
