Fizzle Tial dump valve with a difference!!!

Thoughts on this one please. I am not fussed on the vent to air whoosh when riding. So looking down the line of this setup to replace the vent to atmosphere tial 50mm

then run the vented air to the riva cold air intake port on the induction pipe.
what do you think?

I suppose the question would be how much air flow back pressure would arise from the length of tubing and the modestly sized nipple on the Riva air intake plastic plenum. BOV valve flows exit air in short pressurized bursts.

How much of each BOV air pulse entering the connecting tube would initially flow restrict and diminish the rate of boost pressure decline from the supercharger output?

Would that matter?

The port on intake riva pipe is the pcv loop circuit as it is done away with when running the riva oil breather. Surely the pcv diameter pipework would vent ok into the intake

I will work fine. & be quite. The nipple on the riva intake is a little small. But can hook it up & see how it acts. Worse case you cut out the small nipple & add a larger one to the riva pipe.

you can also just dump the air in the hull. With a few feet of hose it makes the BOV silent.

The port is already there as you blank it with the riva engine breather kit. I imagine its roughly same diameter as the bov vent

I know the port is there I am telling you it's smaller than the BOV outlet. I have had both. The outlet of the BOV is like 1 inch.

the inlet nipple on the intake is 1/2 or 5/8 hose.

Wouldn’t the vacuum from the intake cause the BOV to open sooner? Or leak?

Valve is shut dont think by design it will leak. Recirc valves are by design fed into the air intake to induction

so you just want to use this because of the noise from the open Blow off valve ? Use the HKS 35mm Blow off which points down it is quiet. I would not like to get some Hot air Into the Intake.
