Need help identifying aftermarket parts see photos

Ok so I picked up 4 skis and a ton of aftermarket new parts from a guy thats retired.
So I have a great running 1997.5 gsx ltd that I was thinking of making it a race ski, befor I landed this deal,
1998 mint gtx 951 NO ENGINE
1996 yamaha 1100 raider super nice NO ENGINE
Have brand new bump rail to make this ski nice
Two brand new engines that went with this deal and every aftermarket part to go with it all.

    1. My main question is this these riva new carbs why is there only a hi and not any low setting on these?
    2. Have two different reed spacers that im unsure of what the perpose of these would be for?
    3. How would that raider be with this new 1200 motor put in it, the engine is ported with hot rods crank R&D head
    4. What does a all aluminum pump do for a 155mm seadoo vs. standard?
    5. That tdr water box would it be good in the raider or seadoo?
I rode a raider 760 befor and the raiders are alittle scary trying to do tricks and all they like to catapult people I know, but with this racing setup would this be deadly fast, like to fast and to scary to even want to ride?
So you can see my dilemma

Not sure why they would not have any low setting screws in them. On a genuine Mikuni carb the highs and lows are on opposite sides of the body. If you're very good with jetting, you can jet the lows correctly without screws, but its tedious and labor intensive. Maybe you can call Riva and get their advice on it, if that's who made the carbs. They may be purpose built for a specific model engine in race trim.
