sea doo help
Gtx ..new engine, new starter, new battery, connections check out good
but sometimes acts if though the battery was real weak [ hardly spins] but you can take out spark plugs and it spins great. It doesnt do it all the time, just sometimes when ya hit the switch it stalls then spins.....

Thats OK. It sounds like a weak ground..

I agree with Beer... but I'd also check the solenoid.. if all that checks out well maybe your starter bearings or brushes are starting to puke.

change out the starter solenoid.

changed out starter and now its all good...although I had just bolted the other one on..it was new.. guess you never know even with new parts what you get..................

Yes, very common. and due to the age of the plastic they just get brittle....
Anyone had this happen? Sheared in...
