Just read it was a 2010, disregard that then. But worth checking the fuel pump/injectors since it looks like you have checked the rest.

I will try looking for leaks by spraying carb cleaner and if nothing put back in old injectors to see what is happening.
Remove supercharge, reset slip to 12 ft/lbs. New chargers or rebuilds should always have slip reset after 10 hours.

    Any codes on the dash?

No dash codes. I will pull the SC and check the slip, but do you think that will impact idle?

No, S/Cer slip should not affect idle. It could be a tuning issue inasmuch no codes on the dash. How was the ECU tuned?

MaptunerX - it idled fine until I changed injectors and fuel pump. It fixed the high rpm surging. I am putting a fuel pressure gauge on tomorrow.

I'm thinking you may have downloaded a 215 tune rather than the 260 tune (48# injectors and X charger-stock tune to remove limiters).

It idled fine before fuel pump and injectors, but I will recheck it. I pulled the pump out and repitched the impeller back to 15/21 as it pulls out RPM's now and surging is gone.

Checked plugs. They were black as coal. Changed them and put back in old injectors. It idles great now.

I bought generic bosch 48# injectors. They have a slightly different tip to them and likely the issue.

We will see if I have high RPM performance when I ride it next. I have the 83.5mm nozzle, 7mm of spacers on Lucky13, and 15/21 impeller.

LOL, I figured we would circle back to injectors. I did not know you were using generic 48s, a point left out earlier.

With more pitch on the impeller start with no spacers on the L13. Add one 3mm spacers to reduce rpm, and so forth to achieve desired rpm.

Yeah I didn't think it mattered, but looks like they have one more spray nozzle on them then Seadoo ones.
