I had a deans cut 2019 oem plate on my 2017 and wanted to compare to the riva plate but it doesn't seem to bolt up.

My 2019+ Riva ride plate wouldn't bolt up on a 2016 FXHO either.

It has to be a Riva issue because the 2019 oem plate fits fine.

I remember seeing some pics of this and the Riva plate was actually narrower than the OEM. The bolt holes were also round (Riva) and not oval (OEM). The Riva plate bolt holes were to narrow for the hull holes.

The best I could do was to get 2 bolts started. Maybe with some machine work.

I used a drill bit and reamed the hole out slightly on each hole then it bolted up.

I would of sent it back. Riva should fix that issue. Shouldn’t have to modify the plate just to fit. Especially a riva part. I always felt like there parts fit like oem. Guessing the mold or jig used to make that plate isn’t correct.

yea but then you have no part, took 5 minutes to make it fit, maybe thats why it says 19+

When you get a ride in let us know the speed difference with the new plate.
