bitter sweet weekend
Friday the ski ran excellent..i tuned the carbs according to the guide in the tech section, wash looks awesome. the bad news....
my friend was screwing around trying to roost me, when he lost control, smashed into me and broke my arm.
so now my season is over...
Just a reminder, esp to those people new to watercraft... always use your head... fortunetly it was only my arm, it could have been way worse!!!
***The kicker---i am getting married on Saturday!!! Fiance is not too happy

DOH!!!!
Sorry to hear about the broken arm.
Don't worry about the fiancé thing, much worse will happen along life's trial and tribulations. She will laugh and tell the kids about this one day.........and yes she will smile and laugh about it.
Now for your knuckle-headed Friend. Grrrrr-not cool. I wish everybody would take a safety class, learn the rules and regulations and then apply them. You're right, MUCH worse could have happened.

Hopefully you can still punch your buddies lights out with the other arm. Totally not cool!!! Sorry about your bad luck Bryan. You know, about the wedding. J/K

Bummer
So sorry to hear about your arm but very happy that nothing worse happened.
I once rented a pair of skis for a weekend and in the last five minutes before we returned them, my nuckle head friend did the same and caused some serious fiberglass damage to both skis. Luckily I bailed and only had a bruised ankle!
Best wishes for a perfect wedding day.

Heyy does you arm look something like this??? I did this a few years ago snow boarding, shattered the shit outta my shoulder. Three rods to put me back in one piece. Not fun...
