Stock 22 FX SVHO ran 68 gps(dash) @7400 rpm. Installed Riva 8500 aggressive maptunerx, went on a few runs and ran 72 gps @8000 and felt lots of bouncing at 72.

Thinking of getting the Riva ride plate and testing it out as Jerry says it’s dangerous after 72. Just need wife’s approval as I’ve already dropped way too much money on this ski lol. Or if someone wants to sponsor me and send me a plate I would be more then happy to test and post results.

Cant wait to see your results. I was thinking of getting the stock HO 2022 plate being its only $150 from Yamaha. Cheaper then the riva and cheaper then having dean or Jim machine my stock plate.

    BTW - To confirm, you're trying plate F3V-U273B-00-00 ?

I just received the 2022 FX HO plate and tested it.

The bouncing is still there just seems to happen at a higher speed.

The 2022 HO plate was a little over 2mph slower then the 2020 plate with Dean cut

The 2022 HO plate appears to handle and cut through the water far better then the stock 2020 plate with Deans cut

Good info!! Would love to see results on a 2014-2018 FX

The bouncing could also be from bouncing off the rev limiter, ask Jesus to raise your rpm limit abit and see if it goes away.
