2012 Seadoo GTI 130 Speed Limiter

Hi Guys,

I have a question regards to speed limiters.
I have purchased a 2012 Seadoo GTI 130.

First ride sucked up debris, replaced the wear ring with stainless ring and new solas impeller.

When I go full throttle, the ski reaches 92km/h at 7300rpm quite easily, then once it his 92km/h the ski reduces the rpm to 7000 rpm and restricts me to 90km/h.

do these ski have a speed limiter set at that speed or is it set higher than that and it is something else causing this, maybe jet pump unhooking or something?

Thanks in advance, as you will see in my previous skis, so this is my first one thats a little newer so still learning.

There is no speed limiter on the 130 HP skis.
Which Solas impeller did you install?
Have you replaced the spark plugs?

I’ve installed the solas sr-cd10/18a and yep new spark plugs under 2 hrs ago

Your problem is your engine is running on the rev limiter and pulling back, that's not enough pitch. This is the correct impeller for your ski
