I don't understand why it produce 17,5 psi 100 rpm lower compared with the old wheel since the new wheel looks quite identical ?
Is the blue anodization?

Feels right. I was seeing 12.9 PSI on a fresh charger about 8100 rpm.
You can't just look at the PSI, It's the increase in volume of air, reduction in heat and lower wheel weight that all come into play as well.
Hard to say what the difference is without seeing them side by side. I suspect there is a lot of copying going on...but that's pure speculation on my part. If you buy Riva your also paying for some support in there as well and you know (or least hope) they have tune spot on for the parts they are selling.

I suspect you'd never be able to tell the difference between the 2 wheels.
I'd get one, but he blue won't match my new Black on Black on Black RXPX
