Bad battery cable
While pulling out the CDI after some weird electric problems I noticed the positive battery lead had worn through and corroded a section of the wire to a stiff, green mess. I gotta confess the problem happened at a shrinkwrap patch in the insulation I'd put on a few years back when a JetWorks hose popped off causing the exhaust to overhead. Anyway, I'm swapping out the Advent for the stock CDI just in case, but I need to replace that battery lead. Any hints on what the part number is for the OEM positive battery lead or a better source for the cable?

Thanks bud, I'll give you a shout in a bit.
After looking at the parts drawing again I realized the positive lead is part # 67X-82117-10-00, $41.25 from boats.net. Yeah, them showing it right by the starter relay should have been a good hint for me - duh.
