Installed the RIVA IMUK kit today. In spite of greasing the o-rings on the provided billet sleeve, I had to hammer it in place (used a small piece of 2x4 on top of the sleeve to protect it from the hammering). Now I'm concerned the o-rings may have bunched up toward the top of the sleeve, though I couldn't see if this did actually happen. If this did happen, what are the potential repercussions?

...Well you need to grind of some Material from the manifold there so that the sleeve fits nice but tight in there o rings should be greased otherwiese they can go out of Position.

Thanks for the reply, FAMT. I did grind out the lip/ridge that is supposed to hold the flame arrestor in place as well as the burrs around the top of the intake hole created from the initial cut out. As previously posted, o-rings were greased; the sleeve would slide in and out without the o-rings, but again, required hammering to get it in.
What are the repercussions if the o-rings are now bunched up in there?

Decided to do mine in part of a new Fizzle install. Mine looks like it was starting to move about 1/4 inch. Machined sleeved drops in, havent added the O rings yet, any particular grease recommended?

My 2019 with 50 hours was just removed. It was moved a little bit on its own.

I recently did mine and it was more work than I thought it would be. I had help from a friend who knows his way around PWC’s thankfully. The ribbon disc had slightly moved and was sitting on an angle. The Riva billet sleeve is a very tight fit and needed to be tapped with a rubber mallet to go in.
I did not notice any performance improvement whatsoever, but that is not why I did it to begin with.
