    2019 GP1800r will not go past 6000rpms

So I had my 2019 GP1880r out last weekend and on the ride back it started to loose speed and would not rev pass 6000rpms. I had the remote loose in glove box so once I got back to dock I though maybe it went into slow/learning mode. I never use that before. I tried it at the dock and thought it went in than out of that mode. Took it out for a ride yesterday and it will not go past 6000rpms. Runs fine up to 6000rpms get about 35-40mph.
I put a Riva stock tune in last season at 28hrs and it's run perfect until last weekend. Ski now has 70hrs on it. I've never done plugs, should i?
The ski is still under warranty so I plan to cal the dealer this week. Any idea why it limiting it to 6000rpms? no codes come up on display

Pull intake and see if super charger spins both ways... could be clutch.

also check hose from intercooler to Throttle body makes ure not loose and have a boost leak.

As the post above…make sure the hose did not pop off intake manifold.

I will suggest checking the J-tube hose clamps first. Much easier than pulling the air intake apart to get at the supercharger wheel.

Just had a 2021 GP1800R SVHO here a week ago. He lost boost while riding at WOT. Sudden deceleration and then maximum RPM was about 5000.

Back on the trailer he yanked the cold air intake apart to poke at the supercharger wheel. It was fine.

Brought it here and within a few minutes I confirmed the boost hose had come off the throttle body.

We spent more time getting the cold air intake assembly back into place and properly snug than the time it took to re-attach the J-tube boost hose to the throttle body.

So, the first thing to check is NOT the supercharger clutch. First check the boost hose ends (all four ends) to see if any have become loose.

Especially on a low running hours fairly new engine where supercharger clutch failure, which could happen, is less likely than a loosened boost hose clamp.

    Check the easiest things first

No issue in what order. Check them both ha.

but in my experience been through 2 clutches, zero J tubes popping off. I have popped the U pipe going to a fizzle once. Got the new silicone hoses from fizzle & never again.

What I did to make sure the hose never pops off is I used t bolt clamps. They look a little like v bands and you tighten them way tighter than a regular hose clampClick image for larger version.

Thanks for all the help everyone.
The ski is stored about 2hrs away so I'll check it out next week and looks for loose hose
Still plan to call the dealer
