    Looking for Polaris 5 degree or more pump wedge

    Looking for Polaris 5,6,7+ pump wedge. Interested in more then 1.

    Do you have access to a machinist? Might be easier to have them made.

    You can stack wedges to build the angle you want. Two four degree wedges together would get you eight total, and so on.

    The catch is that you will need to stack spacer o-rings in front of the water tube to match the longer wedge stack. And adjust the steering cable end to be longer.

    If you can find the thinner wedges that Watcon (i think it was Watcon) used to make, those would work nicely.
