Cover on Trixx hard to get on. Simple fix

Not sure if this has been posted, but if you have a trixx with the Seadoo cover, you know how hard it can be to get the cover over the handlebars. I have even seen covers torn and rubber ripped off the handlebars. The white material can also stick to the handgrips.

Here is a simple trick to make it far easier, Just put a Ziploc plastic bag over each handgrip before you put on the cover. It will then side over the grips far easier and not destroy the cover or grips in the process.

We have 10 trixx on our street, and everyone is doing this now an its great for getting cover off and on.

Non trixx sparks have a smaller handlebar and its not an issue.

    Thanks!

This IS an issue with not just our TRixx but also the Yama VXR (and to a lesser extent, the SXR1500).

The number of covers we’ve had ripped by getting caught on handle grips as guests and those unaware try to “help” us stow dock items at day’s end has caused me to quickly say, “I’ll take care of that!” when anyone asks if they can cover the skis.

    Thanks again!
