Made a reinforcement plate for the front intake grate bolts out of the bracket for the X intercooler

Upgraded the ride plate inserts to GP1300r plates

Cut and epoxied some plates for the pump shoe. Its since been drilled and everything's glued in place

Built a battery tray out of aluminum. Used old Seadoo OPAS bushings for the rear spacers

Shimmed the stock trim tabs. 2 washers on each bolt. I might take one out later, we'll see

Stepped the stock sponsons. Also hacked up the RXP cowling to make a coolant bracket

Made an offer and got a China intercooler on ebay. Put some RivNuts in the hull liner, used a piece of thick Starboard to make a spacer and bolted the bracket up. I moved the two strap brackets back a few inches but I'm still not liking the tightness of the straps. I'll have to see if shorter ones are available. I also notched the stringer to clear the intercooler piping, which I still need to order

While I was playing around with Riv Nuts, I inserted some on the port side liner and bolted in the fuse box/forward wiring harness

So I mocked up the pump assembly and found out the driveshaft is too short. The HO pump I bought is supposed to be from an FX I guess. Anyways I still had my 66v pump laying around so we pressed out the shafts and did a swap and installed the AR230 boat prop (16/23). All good now!

So I honestly thought I threw away my Yamaha bilge boxes, so I ordered a used one on Ebay from a Honda aquatraxx of some sort. It has these nice wire brackets which made it easy to rivet to the inner liner hull back by the waterbox. I still had my factory hoses and check valve so I used those. Of course, right after I finish installing this, I found TWO yamaha siphon boxes BEHIND my parts tote. Oh well.
