Video now works. Thanks, crazy how it just Sucks it down at speed.

More info or a drawing of how your holes are in the grate?

This is basically how I have it. The holes have been smoothed out a little. They’re straight up and down and slightly angled outwards.

What mods did you do to the tunnel to keep pressure under control for 91mph?

Nothing. Stock grate Middle bar cut out, Stock plate cut with 1 washer in front (paddle wheel block off palte), no sealant, 2 degree wedge and stock nozzle.

Yeah some of the fast guys here said don’t use any sealant at all... I’m going to remove everything including the transom and reseal it and reinstall grate and rideplate with no sealant. Maybe that will work.

I am not saying my set up is the right way. just what works for me currently. applying sealent each time I take it apart is a paint, and don't see it in a rec set up that's played with.

the stuffing issue is a problem and can get you hurt so I am posting for my own info later if I have a issue. hope you figure it out for sure.

Well having sealant in there gives the pressure no where to go. It’s either that or add a PRV to the transom infront of the prop.
