    I dont know how that would relieve pressure if you have the grate stuffed.

    Hereís the prop. Installed the nose cone during this whole trial and error pump stuffing thing.

    The pressure in the tunnel gets pushed out through the two holes. Under negative pressure it actually helps the holeshot. Once under pressure water flows out of them, they’re worth a mph or so as well. Jerry has a big post about it a few years back. You can search on it. It was helping the seadoo guys from getting flying lessons

    Of course. Holes from top to bottom. 3/8”

    Were these holes present when you had the pump seal kit filling the intake grate casting voids?

    I see what you’re getting at but there are 3/8 tubes in there connecting the holes. It’s drilled through the seal kit though and tak welded in and the welds are sanded down. This was something I tried to get rid of the stuffing..
