    Quick update, the insurance adjuster looked at my ski today, I was very clear that I'm not chasing any ghost after the repairs on my ski from saltwater corrosion or poor hull repairs. The dealer said they would take the engine out of the ski and do a complete inspection.
    Are there certified CM-tec repair shops, and if so how do I find them? USA, North Carolina
    I know the general consensus is to have the ski totaled, but the insurance company needs to crunch the numbers.

    Where is the damage? picture? Get the insurance to pay for a complete new harness/fuse box.

    Labor and parts are so expensive, you will not have much trouble getting it totaled. Demand it.
    If they want to save $1500 and put you through potential hell, tell them that you want a lifetime warranty on the repaired hull and 5 years on all other components. If you make it clear to the adjuster that you are an educated consumer with the same expectations that you had when your ski was new, he will total it and sell the salvage. Make it happen and stop giving him the idea that you will accept it as repaired. Avoid this crazy risk and get a new ski.

    Update, ski was totaled by the insurance company. I could've bought the ski back for $7200 dollars, but after looking at the sparkplugs, water drops in the supercharger, and who knows what else I decided to move on. Boat shop would've fixed the hull for $3200.
    The insurance company gave me a fair price, not enough to replace the same ski but close enough.
    2022 RXT 300 is on order.
