    Gzk's FZS turbo build

it's been a long time since my last gpr project .
i have ever wanted a turbo ski, precisely a fzs or R but never find a good deal in guadeloupe .
last month i have find a need to restore fzs for cheap, but good thing is ski is 100% stock !!! not any performance part . so the engine have not been abuse .
for people who remind , i had a post about a 15f turbo in 2013 but never start the project because i have sell the ski before to build my race car .
but this time the build is real !!

for now we have remove everything in the hull to make a complete renovation and paint . build the turbo pipe , refresh the engine etc..

    setup is :
    stock sho engine for now
    custom turbo piping
    ultra 300 e-throttle
pulsar GTX3067R Gen 2 turbo 0.82 ss turbine (will be water cooled)
    4 * 850cc fuel injector
new walbro "dodge demon" fuel pump
    frozen boost intercooler
    38mm mvs style wastegate
    tial clone dump valve
motec m400 (need harness immo bypass and utc)

thats for the engine for now . i don't work on the hull or propulsion for now

you know i'm french so again sorry for my english i try to speak my best

i have issue uploading picture , don't know why

    Looks like a good project.

Why do you use the e-throttle? Is it just for the size or because you want electric throttle?

kawi throttle is same than yamaha , but the throttle plate is bigger . so the air passage is bigger .

Hmm ok. would be curious if its worth the trouble. I assume wiring and all is different.

I am just over here wanting cruise control haha.

to answer you , both are mikuni e-throttle , toyota use the same too .
i will post my test asap but for now it's seem to be just plug and play.
    now place to the picture
ski have been buyed for 1700€ we are going to make a full restauration

engine outside is ugly but ski was 100% stock and inside seem to be very good condition

sourced some used part and receive my turbo
    Pulsar GTX3067R Gen 2 0.82
