Rebuilding my 1st pump & need help with bearing race, broken bearing on Ultra 130 150

Just bought our first ski and didn't know it had a bad pump. Not too often I get burned like this, but my bud at work who's helping me said it's so bad the seller HAD to know.
Oh well, Karma is a bitch!
I'm moving on... joined the forum, read a bunch of helpful threads, ordered a service manual, New seals, bearings, impeller, puller tool and just found out I also need a new bushing now too.
But we're stumped on how to get the backside bearing race out of the housing as the rest of the bearing literally fell apart in pieces upon removal.
The old, stuck bearing race is too tight against the housing flange or the seat to get anything behind it. What's the trick to getting that outta there?!?
Also looking for explanation on how the double seal works and anything else I should do or inspect real closely while we're in there.
Hopefully I can add pics from my phone here to show what I'm talking about.
    Thanks for any help!

What I do when that happens is drill through the aluminum lip at 6 and 12 o'clock. That lip is just a stop so the bearing sits in the correct location. Then you can tap it out from the other side.

Yes tap it out with a brass drift from the other side. See my post on Pump refurb. Mine was so hammered I had to just skim it with a boring bar on my milling machine before I rebuilt it.
