Yes he can adjust timing with the Siemens ecu. All he has to do is ask Jesus for a safe map for whatever octane is available to him. He's not the first person running those pistons with that ECU.
    Thank you. Common sense. smh

Okay, run it and let us know... No, you can't tune an engine without crunching all the numbers if you can provide all the numbers.. Not with that Siemens ECU.. When it fails, ask Riva what timing were they using? Oh.. We don't know...

Imma run it and I will post here. I don't care if it blows since I got some 8:4:1 cp pistons, another crankcase, sea-doo rods waiting. I can rebuild it in a day or two.

I also see you didn't attempt to falsify my claims about the pistons.

Thanks for the dialog and input!! This is how I learn!

This is why I suggested you contact Jesus at Riva. Although I have no contact with him inasmuch as I use a MoTeC M130, a friend mine receives excellent support for his MaptunerX from Jesus! Just do it!

I talked to Brian at riva last week. He said he would talk to the techs and get me a tune. Just giving him time.

Did you deck the cylinder head or block for a fresh even surface and then used a stock head gasket after doing so?

Had a machine shop check. I used an oem head gasket.

Was it decked though? Or Not? It has to do with additional compression if it was..

Not decked just checked and cleaned.
