    Gpr Build

finally started this old school build. Being able to work on this thing has been a task never to say the least. But I'm making the time as I have all the parts well most of the parts.

If anyone has performance parts they would like to sell please hit me up!

some pic's of my engines 1490cc ported, carbs 46mm SBN on a jet works manifold, as I ordered flame arrestors I had to machine the adaptors because the ones I wanted didn't come with locking divot. Easy fix.

    Intake and shoe

Going to be all over the road on this thread until I start putting it together.
hers some pics of the intake grate and pump shoe. The pump shoe and the intake grate were way out of alignment so I blue printed the and filled the spaces in with two part epoxy.

I did that just the same with the same grate and it went faster I also tried shimming down the grate and filled the gaps then levelled the hull perfect just the same, holeshot was very good but could not stop the bucking at 70mph even with drilled shoe amd pressure relief valves. Took the shims out and it was fine after that even without the pressure relief valves.

Yes they are hard to find. I had to machine new exhaust manifolds the old ones were ate up by salt water.
I'm hoping to make this thing as fast as possible i have all the shit they had 15 20 years ago. so I'm hoping to at least get 89 out of it. if not i will throw a 50 shot of NOS to it.
the 4 strokes are fast as freaking hell but no one in my area even ride skis like this or even have the money to make them go in the 80's.

yes I have triple pipes for it!!
