Fx Sho loose steering
I have a loose steering that seems to be comming from the column, is the bearing replacable? ( I know that its not possible to order from Yamaha but if its possible to remove the bearing I am pretty sure I can get a replacement one)

Normal. They all do that. The play is in the portion of the steering that makes it height adjustable. Your fine. Only way to have a solid setup with no play what so wver is a billet non adjustable setup. But the all have slight play below. Bearing is fine too.

Most of your play comes from the clearance between the steering nozzle and the jet stream.

scittb is correct. The 'play' is very likely coming from the height adjustment mechanism, and they get looser with time & use. Yes the 2009 & 2012 share the same general components, but being newer (or ridden rough) can make all the difference. There are swivel/pivot bushings ( F1S-6134M-10-00 ) that you could disassemble and inspect. I'm also seeing (2012 fiche) that the nuts/bolts on the locking cam plate has undergone a revision change ( 95780-08300-00 & 97095-08035-00 ) and while we shouldn't read-into that too much, it's worth a look at yours to see if your plate has become loose.

Cool thanks for now i'll leave it as it is as it doesn't bother me. Don't feel like dissambling the whole steering for it
I use the tilt option often as when riding rough water and stand up I put the steering all the way up and when I ride sitting down I put it all the way down.
